WALDENBOOKS, WYNDHAM AND WEDDING SOLUTIONS HONEYMOON SWEEPSTAKES 1. To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2003 and ends on February 29, 2004. Enter to win by completing official entry forms located at participating Waldenbooks locations and dropping them in the designated in-store drop box or enter online at www.weddingsolutions.com. Alternately, it is possible to enter through the mail by hand printing your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers and email address, if you have one, together with the words "Waldenbooks, Wyndham and Wedding Solutions Honeymoon Sweepstakes" on a 3-inch by 5-inch card in a No. 10 envelope to: Wedding Solutions; 6347 Caminito Tenedor; San Diego, CA 92120. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than February 29, 2004 and received no later than March 15, 2004. Enter as often as you like. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry blank are permitted. 2. Drawing: On or about 15 days after the end of each month, a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the previous month will be conducted by the Wyndham International, Inc. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize will be awarded to the first eligible entry drawn. 3. Prize: The Grand Prize is a one-week (six day) vacation (airfare not included) at one of twelve participating Wyndham resorts, which shall be honored by the specific hotel subject to availability and black out dates, including hotel accommodations (room and tax only), breakfast and dinner, based on parameters and menus chosen by the hotel, as well as any activities provided by the specific hotel at its sole discretion. The winner must utilize the prize within 12 months of being selected by Wyndham International, Inc. Winners are responsible for any other charges, including, without limitation, airfare, lunch and any other food, related charges, beverage charges, gratuity, non-room related taxes, incidental and spa charges. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00 (three thousand dollars). No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of Grand Prize permitted.
