Parties - Future mother-in-law won't help with shower.

So here is my issue. My best friend and brides maids,my Fiances step mom and my mom are all pitching in money to give me a shower. My BF is going above and beyond to organize it all. My mother in-law was fine with helping at first, when she thought it would be at my BFs house. Now everyone (but my mother in-law) agrees it would be better to have it at a resturant to make things easier. 100$ is all each person has to contribute. Now my mother in-law won't return any of my BFs calls or emails. My BF is hot!! My mother in-law is not poor. I think shes trying to back out. Should I just let it go and not say anything? Let my BF handel it?

Well, really, you shouldn't be involved in the planning of your shower... That having been said a hundred bucks per person is not 'cheap'. Not that I side with someone who suddenly stops all communication (that's immature and not helpful at all), but I do see her 'point'.
