These lovely beach houses adjoin and have exclusive use of "The Lawn on the Beach". "Triple Crown", is a 10 bedroom Gulf Front property that can accommodate up to 30 people. "Above it All" is a 6 bedroom beach house that sleeps 20. Each property has amazing Gulf views and a private heated pool. If you need additional housing, we have other beach houses in the area that can be rented. Anticipating large crowds we have amply parking. "Triple Crown" can accommodate 17 to 24 cars, depending on the size of the cars and method of parking. "Above it All" can accommodate 12 to 15 cars. If more parking is needed, a local transportation company can provide shuttle service for your guests.

Sunsational is a Gulf Front,6 bedroom, 6 1/2 Bath, Luxury Beach House. This 5,000 square foot property is available for weddings and special occasions. There is a minimum one week stay required. This property includes a private heated swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf, an entertainment room with a full size pool table, bar, juke box, and the largest Master Bedroom with the most incredible panoramic gulf view anywhere and many amenities, like free usage of a 2 man kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes and much more. You will enjoy the large open den, dining and kitchen areas which can provide an indoor option for a reception, as well as a great family atmosphere.
